In Ireland there is a love story which is true and romantic.
In a small coffee shop under a small light there was a bartender who met a beautiful girl. After this meeting he missed her more and more everyday. People say that the bartender wanted this girl he loved to always come to the coffee shop so he could win her heart. Therefore, this bartender added whisky to hot coffee and gave it to the girl to drink. He never thought that this kind of drink would win the big prize from her, however this beautiful girl told every one to come and drink this coffee and soon it became very popular. This is how Irish coffee was invented.
The aroma of coffee matched with strong thick whisky on a cold night sure can warm the body up all the way to the core. This cup of Irish coffee looks like a normal coffee, yet it is full of mystery, philosophy and creations so why don’t we look at this romantic coffee with a romantic heart.
After the creation of Irish coffee it became popular all over the world. Here is the way to make an Irish coffee, which is really quite simple. The first step is to put one teaspoon of sugar on the bottom of the cup. The second step is to pour 1.5 to 2 oz. of whisky on the sugar. The third step is to add 4 to 6 oz. of espresso and the last step is to add Irish cream to the top and then you have an Irish coffee.

If your coffee shop has coffee, cocktails and a massage service (I want to specially note that the massage we mention here is where the customers are sitting either facing the masseuse or with their back to the masseuse on specially designed chairs. There is no bed, so don’t make a simple thing complicated) then how are you going to name your coffee shop? Perhaps we can name it ‘Espresso Spa Bar’.
