Name card design
Although name card design is a small-scale art, cleverly-designed name cards can have tremendous appeal. Name cards are used with great frequency in interpersonal interactions. The exchange of name cards is a very economical means of conveying information between individuals, and is also a very direct way of projecting the company's brand and image. Exchanging name cards can promote interpersonal relationships while also increasing mutual business opportunities.
Unlike other forms of graphic design, name card design is subject to very strict spatial constraints. It takes considerable skill to achieve good design effects in such a small area. A name card should fully express the company's beliefs and philosophy on its tiny surface. For instance, our name cards are like miniature versions of the SPR COFFEE web site. When customers visit our home page at www.SprCoffee.com, the first thing that strikes their eyes is our name card. The interplay between our name card and web site makes our brand seem more familiar and friendlier, shrinking the distance between us and our customers.

Letter paper design
-
Never let any opportunity to promote our brand pass by. It is everyone's responsibility to publicize our corporate image at all times. This is why our logo and advertising information appears on our envelopes. This is a very common practice nowadays. Apart from bearing our corporate trademark and contact information on its front side, our letter paper also bears media publicity information on its back. Statistics and our experience indicate that the back of most letter paper is wasted. In view of this situation, we feel we are justified to make full use of the back of our letter paper. For instance, we use this space to print our corporate philosophy or publicity information, which can intangibly help us establish and maintain our corporate image, and promote our products. Furthermore, adding an extra greeting where it is visible after the paper has been folded can give recipients a warmer and friendlier impression of our brand. At the same time, in today's online age, we also design our e-mail "paper" so as to maintain a consistent brand impression.

Contract design
-
Contracts are written legal documents that must be upheld by both parties after signing. As a consequence, the design of the cover, back cover, and inner pages of contracts must strive to maintain dignity, practicality, and brand continuity. Contract design must facilitate the recording of text clauses, and must also enable the convenient binding of attachments, while meeting the need for long-term preservation. We have therefore adopted a double-folded page format, and the text and attachments of a contract or protocol can be kept in one of our envelopes. Our franchise store owners and business partners need only glance at the cover to find out the nature and significance of the contract or agreement.

Form design
-
In accordance with file management requirements, the design of each form must incorporate that form's rules of usage. For instance, form content must include the date, serial number, main heading, content, and scope of authorization, and may even include the printing date and number printed. We should not feel that a small form is insignificant and approach its design in a casual manner. In fact persons who receive or see a form may judge the company's management quality and increase or decrease their respect for its brand based on the form's design attitude and content. Sometimes a small sign foretells a large change: The company's forms provide a glimpse of its entire corporate management. We therefore do not ignore the minor aspect of form design. Special attention must be given to the handling of customer feedback. Generally speaking, customers can write their comments on a card or form, but we have specially designed tablecloth paper so that customers can write down anything they want at any time, including their valuable comments and suggestions.

Certificates and reports
-
In order to help customers correctly recognize our coffee shops, every SPR coffee franchise store must post this franchise certificate verifying its legal and legitimate use of our brand name. We issue various types of certificates to the winners of coffee competitions held by our headquarters or coffee university. Furthermore, in order to recognize the attentive study of trainees completing classes at our coffee university, we also issue training completion certificates to trainees who pass their classes' final exams. We provide different grades of certificates in accordance with the training classes attended. We have further designed a report cover for the company's business reports that may be provided to other companies. For instance, we have designed the cover of the reports concerning plans to establish coffee shops at the China Petrochemical Corp.'s filling stations, and this design emphasizes close cooperation between the two parties.

Design of functional forms
In order to maintain SPR's brand image, we have designed versatile functional forms that can accommodate those coffee shops that must change to content of their functional forms. The design and printing only occupies the top and bottom sections of these functional forms, while the center has been intentionally left blank. This allows everyone to use the forms to add content to the form, in either handwritten or printed form, in the blank location, and the handwritten or printed content will not harm the overall image of the form. We have designed two formats for the use of our franchise stores. Furthermore, if a coffee shop has its own wine cellar or serves formal meals, it can produce its own functional forms in accordance with the patterns we provide.
